David Meegan

David is a principal in the firm’s disputes practice.

David also heads our hospitality practice, dealing with liquor licensing, gaming and property and other transactional issues in that sector.

As a dispute resolution practitioner David has acted for a wide variety of clients, large and small, across a broad range of commercial dispute matters and various jurisdictions, in South Australia and interstate.

He has acted in, and is familiar with large complex litigation including in the areas of contract, professional indemnity and directors’ liability, trade practices, estate disputes and construction. David has also had significant experience and involvement with alternative dispute resolution procedures to achieve sensible, cost effective, and commercial outcomes for clients.

David is a former member of the advisory board to the Litigation Assistance Fund administered by the Law Society of South Australia.
