Graduates are essential to the way we deliver services and to the development of our business. We mentor and develop our graduates, and challenge them to grow professionally ahead of their years. Youthful sharpness and energy are welcomed and guided by the accumulated experience and wisdom of our principals.

What to expect

Graduate lawyers are assigned to a team and directly supervised by one of our principals, all of whom help them to navigate the early stages of their careers. Working closely with their team members, graduates can expect to deal directly with clients in a supportive environment. They get involved in all aspects of files from inception to completion, which is an aspect our graduates value and enjoy.

In the first 12 months of employment, graduates undertake a rotation into another core team. This rotation provides extremely valuable insight into the breadth of expertise offered by our business, as well as an opportunity to form excellent working relationships with colleagues across other teams.

From the outset, graduates are equipped with opportunities, frameworks and tools for personal growth and professional development. This includes engaging with our continuing legal education program, attending professional industry events and regular training. Our intention is to develop our graduates into trusted business advisers.
