Callum is a principal in the firm’s transactions practice, specialising in real estate.

He has experience working with a range of clients including levels of government, developers, major retailers, hotel operators and shopping centres on their real estate and transactional requirements.

His expertise spans a broad range of property and development matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex transactional documentation, site due diligence and contract management. He also advises on construction law matters, including the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts.

Known for his attention to detail, Callum delivers tailored advice and commercially focused outcomes for clients in the constantly evolving real estate industry.

Callum is a member of the Property Council of Australia's SA: Future Leaders Committee (previously Future Directions Committee) for 2025/2026.

This year, Callum was recognised for the first time in The Best Lawyers in Australia for his work in Leasing Law and Real Property Law.

He was also listed by Doyle’s Guide as a Rising Star in Property & Real Estate Law in South Australia for 2026.
