Leo Walsh

Leo is a principal in the firm’s disputes practice.

Leo acts for and advises clients with an emphasis on finding solutions in complex and contested situations.

He has experience and practises extensively in most areas of commercial dispute resolution particularly in contractual and related business disputes, recoveries, trade practices, construction, franchising and corporate law. He has been involved in a number of the most significant actions in South Australia. He is also active in short, targeted, and expedited actions.

As well as more traditional approaches to commercial dispute resolution such as court and tribunal proceedings and arbitrations, Leo is active in developing and participating in alternative ways to resolve disputes and problems. He is an experienced negotiator and works closely with his clients in achieving commercial outcomes.

Leo has a core support team of lawyers, at various levels of experience, who principally work on the resolution of disputes for our clients. However, Leo also works closely with other lawyers in the firm with different specialties, particularly specialist transactional skills, as required.
