Narisse is an associate in the firm's transactions practice, advising across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- business and asset sales and acquisitions;
- corporate and trust structuring and restructuring;
- self-managed superannuation fund matters;
- commercial transaction documents, including shareholders agreements, loan agreements, licence agreements and services agreements; and
- privacy, cyber security and other regulatory regimes.
In 2023, Narisse completed a two‑month secondment assisting the compliance team of an ASX 100 company, gaining valuable in-house experience. She has also undertaken a secondment assisting the legal counsel of a leading national healthcare provider.
Narisse draws on this experience to deliver practical, commercially focused advice.
