Narisse is an associate in the firm's transactions practice, advising across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

• business and asset sales and acquisitions;
• corporate and trust structuring and restructuring;
• self-managed superannuation fund matters;
• commercial transaction documents, including shareholders agreements, loan agreements, licence agreements and services agreements; and
• privacy, cyber security and other regulatory regimes.

In 2023, Narisse completed a two‑month secondment assisting the compliance team of an ASX 100 company, gaining valuable in-house experience. She has also undertaken a secondment assisting the legal counsel of a leading national healthcare provider.
