Victoria is a senior associate in our transactions team.
Prior to joining DMAW Lawyers, she was in-house counsel for one of Australia’s largest private corporations.
Experienced in providing legal support and advice for high value transactions with complex requirements, Victoria has advised on a large number of property and business transactions since starting her law career in 2015.
Victoria understands the rigours of business. Having worked on a wide variety of commercial projects, Victoria has experience in commercial and trade agreements, construction contracts, franchising, trademarks, private label development, and regulatory compliance in high-risk areas.
Victoria is internationally certified through the Association of Corporate Counsel In-House Counsel Certification Program in 2020.
Victoria is a member of the Law Society of South Australia’s Committee of In House and Public Sector Lawyers.
