Bullying & Harassment Education Program

DMAW Lawyers takes bullying, discrimination, and sexual harassment seriously and is committed to the eradication of unacceptable workplace behaviour. DMAW Lawyers is proud to have an ongoing program of education about these topics, which are also now a compulsory part of the continuing professional development that all South Australian legal practitioners must complete.

Our recent internal seminar generated productive discussion about what is needed to facilitate positive cultural change, including the important role of bystanders.
