Principal
Tom is a principal within the firm’s disputes practice. Tom specialises in commercial disputes. He has acted in a full spectrum of complex commercial litigation, construction, superannuation, transport and trade matters.
Special Counsel
Kylie joined DMAW Lawyers as a law clerk in 2009, before being admitted to practice in 2010. Since joining the firm, Kylie has acted on a variety of contractual and corporate disputes as part of the firm’s disputes team.
Senior Associate
Nicole joined DMAW Lawyers as part of the firm’s summer clerkship program before being admitted as a lawyer in 2016. Nicole has worked on a wide variety of disputes for corporate clients, ranging from small debt recoveries to large commercial disputes.
