Amanda is our people and culture manager.

She has over 20 years' experience in human resources, with a strong background in the legal and professional services sectors across Australia and the United Kingdom.

Amanda has held senior HR leadership roles with responsibility for developing people strategies, leading organisational change and partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams. She has experience supporting national organisations with multiple offices and diverse workforces, helping organisations attract, develop and retain high-performing people.

Amanda is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) and a Fellow Certified Practitioner of the Australian HR Institute. She works closely with the leadership team and staff across the firm to support our people strategy and foster a positive, high-performing workplace.

Amanda works closely with chief executive officer, Bernice Witkowski, to align the firm's people strategy with its business objectives, helping to build a high-performing culture and a workplace where our people can thrive, enabling them to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
