DMAW Lawyers host 2022 Meritas ANZ Regional Meeting

After a few false starts (thanks COVID), we are thrilled to be hosting the 2022 Meritas ANZ Regional Meeting, running from October 19-22.

DMAW Lawyers is South Australia's exclusive member of Meritas and this will be our first time hosting the regional meeting. As proud proponents of our state, we look forward to showing off some of the best South Australia has to offer and building even stronger connections with our Meritas partners.

Part hosted at Adelaide Oval (widely regarded as one of the most picturesque sporting grounds in the world) and part at our offices on Flinders Street in Adelaide's CBD, some highlights of the upcoming regional meeting include:

• A robust social program with multiple opportunities for our Meritas colleagues to connect, including dinner at Jolley's Boathouse and Fino Vino.
• Expert sessions on law firm leadership, talent management, and diversity & inclusion.
• A wine tour and lunch, with several stops along the breathtaking coastline in McLaren Vale, including world-class restaurant Star of Greece, d'Arenberg Cube and Mitolo Wines.

As part of our expert sessions, Principal Tasha Naige will be facilitating a panel on Diversity and Gender in the Legal Profession with esteemed panelists Suzanne Mackenzie (Barrister - Bar Chambers and co-founder of DMAW Lawyers), Rebecca Sandford (Immediate Past President of the Law Society of South Australia and DMAW Lawyers' Alumna) and Nicole Bennett (Special Counsel at ResourceCo).

We look forward to welcoming our guests next Wednesday, kicking off with an office tour followed by a cocktail reception on our Level 12 rooftop terrace.
