DMAW Lawyers Hosts ACC SA for Building Business: From People to Property

DMAW Lawyers were pleased to host ACC SA members for Building Business: From People to Property, an informative CPD session exploring key legal risks across the business landscape and featuring insights from DMAW Lawyers’ Nicole Mead, Reyka Quiniones and Nicholas Sonza.

Nicole Mead explored the emerging risks and opportunities associated with AI in the workplace. Her presentation considered the growing role of AI across workforce functions, including the implications for workplace policies, employee management, work health and safety, governance and decision-making.

Reyka Quiniones and Nicholas Sonza examined the legal and commercial considerations arising throughout the lifecycle of a development project. Drawing on practical examples, they covered the process from acquisition and off-the-plan sales through to construction, land division and multi-lot settlements.

Thank you to ACC SA, our speakers and everyone who attended and contributed to an engaging evening. We also extend our thanks to Peter Koutsoukos, who hosted the evening on behalf of ACC SA.
