Meet Yumin Liu: 15 years of global corporate law experience

With more than 15 years of experience in leading global financial hubs – including Hong Kong, London, Shanghai and Australia – Yumin brings deep expertise in corporate and commercial law.

Yumin’s experience spans a wide range of industry sectors, including mining, renewable energy, manufacturing, real estate and hospitality, food and beverage, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, IP/IT, entertainment, retail and consumer goods and financial services.

From her significant in-house experience, Yumin has a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in the APAC region, and a unique perspective regarding the interactions between various internal and external stakeholders in a transaction. Yumin is thus able to offer pragmatic and commercially relevant legal advice to her clients.
