2023 Meritas ANZ two-week lawyer exchange

Last year DMAW Lawyers participated in Australasia's first single law office lawyer exchange program with Meritas, through which we had the pleasure of hosting a lawyer from Bennett and Philp while DMAW Lawyers' Jessica Punch had the great experience of being hosted by Bennett and Philp at their Brisbane office.

Meritas developed this program to offer lawyers in its member firms a taste of working in another city. The initiative helps build relationships and also fosters an exchange of best practice between firms on everything from matter management to training.

After an excellent experience in 2022, we will be participating in the program again. This year will see DMAW Lawyers', Stephanie Maurangi head to Madgwicks in Victoria, while we host New Zealand firm Martelli McKegg's Kiren Narayan here in Adelaide in September.

We look forward to welcoming Kiren to the firm next month.
