CyberTech Showcase 2024

As part of our Cyber Alliance Group collaboration with Comunet and Digital Trace Australia, we were pleased to sponsor and present at the 2024 CyberTech Showcase.

Held this year at Adelaide Oval, DMAW Lawyers' Paul Dugan presented as part of a stacked line up of industry leaders, each providing insight and cutting-edge knowledge to help attendees stay ahead of the cybersecurity curve, including presentations from leading organisations AWS, Fortinet, Comunet, Delinea and Rapid7.

Paul's presentation "Cyber and Privacy Law - What's Driving Change in 2024" provided an overview of what's to come for 2024 in terms of legislative reform in the cyber and privacy law space, touching also on regulator action and litigation, other litigation trends and implications for board members.

After a day of engaging and insightful presentations, guests were treated to an entertaining final session from guest speaker, former Australian cricketer, cricket commentator and bowlologist, Damien Fleming before heading into early evening networking drinks and onto the after-party at Malt Shovel Taphouse.
