Chris Floreani

Chris is a principal in our transactions team.

Chris specialises in mergers & acquisitions and acts for clients across a variety of sectors, including mining, financial services, energy, manufacturing, property and agriculture.

Chris also has extensive experience in banking & finance, having advised project sponsors, equity investors and financiers in relation to the financing of major energy and infrastructure projects (both in Australia and abroad).

Tom Dachs

Tom is a principal within the firm’s disputes practice.

Tom specialises in commercial disputes. He has acted in a full spectrum of complex commercial litigation, construction, superannuation, transport and trade matters.

Tom's experience includes advising and representing a variety of clients, ranging from ASX-listed companies, international and larger private entities, through to smaller entities, families and individuals.

Kylie is a special counsel in our disputes team.

Kylie specialises in workplace law. She has over 14 years’ experience advising clients across the full spectrum of employment and industrial law.
