DMAW Lawyers hosts "The changing workplace: Trends and challenges"
DMAW Lawyers recently hosted a group of business leaders for our event "The Changing Workplace: Trends and Challenges".
At this event, our workplace law experts, Paul Dugan and Kylie Dunn, provided an update on recent developments and trends in the evolving employment law landscape, sharing practical tips and strategies for businesses, including in relation to compliant contractor and casual workforce arrangements, compliance with the duty to prevent sex-based harassment in the workplace, balancing employee flexibility requests with the new right to "disconnect" from work and managing psychosocial risks in the workplace.
Formalities were followed by an opportunity for drinks, nibbles and networking on our Level 12 rooftop terrace.
DMAW Lawyers would like to thank our guests for taking time out of their day to join us, engaging with the content and helping to make the event such a success.
