International Women's Day is Sunday, March 8. This year’s UN Women Australia International Women’s Day theme is “Balance the Scales.”

For the legal profession, the scales are more than a symbol. They represent fairness, objectivity and justice. This theme is a timely reminder that our profession should reflect the equality it seeks to uphold.
