Welcome Amanda Treagust

DMAW Lawyers welcomes Amanda Treagust to the firm.

Amanda joins the firm as our people and culture manager, working closely with chief executive officer Bernice Witkowski to align the firm's people strategy with its business objectives. She will play a key role in strengthening our high-performing culture, fostering a workplace where our people can thrive, and supporting them to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

With more than 20 years’ experience in human resources, Amanda brings extensive expertise across the legal and professional services sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. She has held senior HR leadership roles focused on developing people strategies, leading organisational change, and partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams. Her experience includes supporting national organisations with multiple offices and diverse workforces, helping them attract, develop and retain talented people.

Amanda is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) and a Fellow Certified Practitioner of the Australian HR Institute.
