DMAW Lawyers attends AHA|SA 2026 Workplace Relations Conference
DMAW Lawyers was pleased to participate in the Australian Hotels Association South Australia (AHA|SA) Hotel Industry Workplace Relations Conference 2026 on 22 September. Under the theme Shaping the Future: Attracting and Retaining the Next Generation, the conference brought together industry leaders and workplace professionals to discuss the changing needs of hospitality businesses.
Principal Matthew Fisher joined Manny Patel, Sharni King and Sean Malone for the panel discussion Talent Without Borders: Using Migration and Sponsorship to Help with Workforce Shortages. The panel considered how migration and sponsorship can help hospitality businesses address their workforce needs.
Senior Associate Nicole Mead presented AI and Human Resources: Managing Opportunities and Risks. Her session examined how AI can support HR functions and the legal and workplace risks employers need to consider when using these tools.
