DMAW Lawyers go beyond for local business with South Australian Leaders network

DMAW Lawyers is proud to participate as an Industry Expert in the South Australian Leaders (SA Leaders) network. SA Leaders is a trusted community of like-minded business owners and leaders, supporting its members to work 'on' their businesses, collaborate, improve and grow.

As an Industry Expert, we have the privilege of getting to know and providing guidance to members through monthly Knowledge Workshops and Mentoring Sessions as part of the Executive Leaders Series.

Recently, Chris Floreani presented at the Knowledge Workshop in collaboration with Pitcher Partners' Levi Holdsworth on optimising your business structure to achieve full value on a sale or when attracting a new investment. Kylie Dunn also presented recently, providing an overview of the Secure Jobs, Better Pay Act and how businesses should prepare for the new workplace laws. Late last year, we had a feature presentation from Paul Dugan and the Cyber Alliance Group taking members through a typical cyber breach scenario, from a legal, tech and digital forensics perspective, identifying key risks for businesses and emphasising the importance of having a fit for purpose cyber security incident response plan.

Committed as we are to supporting South Australians, we are pleased to have the opportunity to lead Mentoring Sessions with two members each month. In these sessions, we gain an understanding of their business and identify areas we can assist, providing top-line advice and recommendations.
