Mental Health Awareness Month 2025 - Charity Committee

For Mental Health Awareness Month 2025, our Charity Committee organised a series of activities to promote balance and connection, and to help us prioritise our mental health.

The activities aimed to encourage staff to incorporate actions into their daily routines that promote positive mental health and remind us to check in on one another.

Sharing personal well-being tips

To start the month, our Charity Committee members shared some of their personal well-being tips - from listening to podcasts, exercising, and spending time outdoors, to connecting with family, getting plenty of rest, and accessing available support resources such as our Employee Assistance Program.

Staff BBQ lunch

Staff took some time to step away from their desks and enjoy some sunshine together for a relaxed and social way to connect.

Music in the office on a Friday afternoon

To lift our mood as we head into the weekend, we wrapped up the week on a high note with some background beats in the office with staff sending through song requests.

Sweet treat day

Our Mental Health Awareness Month concluded with a Sweet Treat Day. Staff were encouraged to bring along some fruit, sweets or baked goods to share for a simple, feel-good way to end the month.

Looking after our mental health doesn’t have to be complicated – often, it’s the small daily actions that make the biggest difference.

We believe in impactful giving for those in need.

From fundraising events, volunteering activities and sponsorships, to donation drives – our firm and our people are passionate about lending a helping hand, supporting our community and giving back. We have an active charity committee, which oversees our efforts and facilitates staff involvement with some of the many South Australian charities and not-for-profit organisations that play an essential role in our community.
